With over 19 years of service at WIT Group and Lincoln Heritage, I currently serve as a Regional Manager (RGA) with WIT Group. My role focuses on recruiting, developing management talent, and growing Leaders Financial Group by building strong leaders who inspire others.

Before joining this business, I worked at Arby’s and Lowe’s after moving back to Ohio in search of a new career path. Prior to that, I owned and operated a hurricane shutter business and an alarm business in Florida. When I discovered this industry, I was immediately drawn to the residual income potential, the company’s values, and its exceptional product. I’m grateful to have found a career that allows me to change people’s financial futures while also building lasting income for my own family.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about traveling, offshore sport fishing, scuba diving, and boating—hobbies I’m fortunate to enjoy thanks to this career. I’m also a fan of exotic sports cars and racing.

Fun fact: I love trying unique foods from around the world that most people wouldn’t dare sample—and, in the right mood, I can freestyle rap.
